In respect of all texts which constitute the legal framework of our professional practice, we, the judicial administrators and official receivers, are committed to an approach of search for excellence. By adopting a common quality charter, we decide to optimise the economic and social utility of our action.

1. ETHICS AND DEONTOLOGY
We are committed to:
- Register our action in respect of professional, ethical and deontological rules laid down by the National Council and approved by the French Minister of Justice.
- Comply with the accounting proceedings manual, thus ensuring characters of regularity, security and sustainability of the accounting.

2. ETHICS AND DEONTOLOGY
We are committed to:
- Reserve our warmest reception for you, every day, according to the schedules indicated on our different media, at least 4 hours per day.
- Also put at your disposal all means of communication including our email address, in order to facilitate our communications.

3. INFORMATION AND TRANSPARENCY
We are committed to:
- Communicate to the entrepreneur, in our capacity, a briefing note describing the steps of the proceedings and the role of different players. - Address to the employees a briefing note explaining the conduct of the proceedings against them.
- Communicate our analysis to entrepreneurs at key moments of the proceedings.
- Disseminate detailed information on all assets for sale on an internet site, specify the details of the person to be contacted and make available the criteria of presentation of an offer.

4. ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE AND CONTROL OF TIME SCHEDULES
We commit to :
- Establish a schedule for the steps of the proceedings from the first meeting with the entrepreneur.
- Respond to any request for written information within a maximum period of 10 working days.
- Pay uncontested wage claims within 2 days of receipt of the funds.
- Determine the criteria of sale of assets within 2 to 4 months after the verdict of judicial liquidation.
- Make the first allocation of funds available within 6 months of the order on liabilities.

5. MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCES
We implement the indicators, which enable us to verify compliance with these commitments.
