About the CNAJMJ

The National Council of Court-Appointed Administrators and Court-Appointed Liquidators

The CNAJMJ’s responsibilities includes:

- to ensure the respect of their commitments,
- to organise their professional training,
- to ensure that they comply with their obligation to maintain and improve their knowledge,
- to control their offices,
- to set up, no later than January 1, 2014, an electronic portal offering secure electronic services related to the activities of both professions,
- to report on the accomplishment of these missions in a report to be sent each year to the Ministry of Justice

The National Council develops professional rules and also defends the collective interests of the profession.
