CONTRIBUTOR

Position of the job in the organisation:
Hierarchically, the contributor is subordinate to the judicial administrator.

Assignments:
- Ensuring a smooth conduct (both in form and substance) of the assignments entrusted by the judicial administrator
- Submitting the reports for approval of the administrator
- Participation in meetings held in connection with follow-up of files

Activities:
Carrying out all the tasks related to entrusted assignments:
- Information of clients placed under his administration, the purpose and the modalities of the assignment
- convening and holding assemblies and other aspects of administration
- Preparation of reports and queries
- Preparation or review of forecasts of operation and cash flow
- Business management control
- Relationship with creditors
- Negotiation with the buyers or business partners
- Development and implementation of the necessary restructuring measures
- Meeting of representative bodies of the personnel and employees
- Development of recovery plans
- Representation of the judicial administrator before courts who appointed him
- Realization of assets not included in recovery plans
- Calculation of fees - Application for fixing fees
- Closing of files
- Control of the execution process, « starting the assignment » and support process excluding « management of human resources ».

Training and knowledge:

ACCOUNTANT

Position of the job in the organisation:
Administratively, the accountant reports to the judicial administrator and functionally comes under the contributors with regard to monitoring of the services for the sake of continuity

Assignments:
- Maintaining the special accounts of funds held by the judicial administrator as part of his assignments (Article 58 of the decree no.° 85.1389 dated 27 December 27 1985)
- Maintaining the accounts of the Cabinet
- Monitoring the services for the sake of continuity

Activities:
Maintaining the special accounts
- Ledger entries
- classification of accounting documents
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements with accounts opened at the CDC
- preparation of quarterly statements (Articles 63 and 67 of the decree no.° 85.1389)
- Preparation of CDC cheques, cashing of cheques received at the CDC
- Allocation of funds
- Control of the process«, Maintaining the Special Accounts»

Maintaining the accounts of the Cabinet
- Invoicing
- Follow-up to the client account of the firm
- Settlement of supplier invoices,
- Preparation of VAT returns

Monitoring services while carrying out continuity plans
- Monitoring deadlines of schedules (updating OUTLOOK reminders, preparation of tables for monitoring plans, request for documents, checking receipts)
- Preparation of draft reports to the Court,
- Preparation of service taxes for the plans

Training and knowledge:
- Accounting training (level BTS, or proven experience)
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software

 


 

SECRETARY

Position of the job in the organisation:
Hierarchically, the secretary is subordinate to the judicial administrator and, functionally, to contributors.

Assignments:
- Assistance to the contributors and the judicial administrator for the assignments allocated to them
- Office Secretary

Activities:
- Follow-up of the chronological business directory (Article 59 of the decree no.° 85.1389)
- Management of telephone calls (on referral of the contributor or the switchboard operator)
- Management of mail (transmission)
- Assistance to officials in charge of files:
- Opening of files
- Management of current contracts and claims of assets under property reserve clause
- Formatting of reports and queries
- Management of appointments and agendas
- Preparation of General Meetings
- Processing of administrative mail of the office
- Management of supply orders
- Classification of files

Training and knowledge:
Experience and/or diploma in secretary ship

 


 

SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR

Position of the job in the organisation:
Hierarchically, the switchboard operator is subordinate to the judicial administrator and, functionally, to contributors.

Assignments:
- Assistance to the contributors and the judicial administrator for the assignments allocated to them
- Switchboard and reception of the office

Activities:
- Management of phone calls
- Reception
- Management of mail (reception, stamping and registration of documents requiring a follow-up)
- Depositing mail in the Post Office
- Pre-classification
- Management of appointments and agendas
- Management of orders for supply and equipment, together with secretaries

Training and knowledge:
Experience and/or diploma in secretary ship
