In order to respond to a legitimate expectation from intermediaries working with Insolvency Practitioners, the CNAJMJ has set up a service specifically dedicated to dealing with requests for information and explanations that it may receive.

Any person affected by a serious difficulty encountered in the course of an amicable or judicial assignment entrusted to an insolvency practitioner may send their request to the CNAJMJ via an e-mail address exclusively dedicated to this service, which is provided within the CNAJMJ by experienced professionals.

It should be noted, however, that this is not a legal advice website, and that the CNAJMJ has no legal or jurisdictional authority to act as a substitute for insolvency practitioners in handling cases, or for the courts that have already dealt with a legal claim, or to comment on decisions already handed down by those courts.
