As part of the management of insolvency practitioners and their associates, the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires collects personal data and uses it in various automated processes.
“Personal data” refers to any information that may relate to an identified or identifiable natural person, whether directly or indirectly;
This “Personal data – Management of Professionals” notice relates to any individual in contact with the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires as insolvency practitioners or associates of insolvency practitioners (hereinafter referred to as “PROFESSIONALS”).

Purpose of processing
The purpose of the processing is to ensure the management of PROFESSIONALS by the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
To this end, data relating to PROFESSIONALS may be collected for :
- The annual audit of the Professionals’ accounts.
- Management of three-yearly audits of Professionals.
- Management of occasional inspections / controls of Professionals.
- Management of withdrawal procedures/disciplinary sanctions against Professionals.
- Management of complaints/mediations.
- Management of the Professional directory.
- Management of circulars for Professionals.
- Management of the agenda of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
- Management of the economic observatory of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
- Management of subscriptions to the newsletter of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
- Management of the online “sale of assets” service accessible on the website of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
- Management of the personal spaces created on the website of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires and/or used as part of the extranet of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
- Management of the training service of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.

In exceptional cases, the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires may implement data processing based on the need to safeguard the vital interests of Associates or those of another natural person.

• lthe departments of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires in charge of the various purposes.
• contractual partners, service providers, subcontractors for the various purposes on behalf of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires for the same purpose.
• le Secrétariat général et la Présidence du Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires;
• legally authorised administrative and judicial authorities ;
Data transfers outside the EU
Personal data may, in the course of processing, be transferred to subcontractors established in a country outside the European Union. These entities perform on behalf of the CNAJMJ certain material and technical tasks essential to the purposes of processing as described above. This transfer is subject to appropriate security and control measures.
In certain cases, these subcontractors may be located in countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission; data transfers to these subcontractors are governed by standard contracts that comply with the models drawn up by the European Commission. Details of these rules and information relating to the transfer are available on request from the CNAJMJ.
Retention period
The Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires retains data relating to the various processing operations for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This data will then be archived for a period of 10 years in order to manage current claims and disputes and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Organisational and security measures
All organisational and security measures required to meet the obligations associated with processing are implemented in accordance with the Information Systems Security Policy (PSSI- Politique de Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information) of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires.
