How to know if a company is undergoing collective proceedings?

Judgements initiating collective proceedings must be published:

  1. Publication in a legal gazette in the place where the debtor has its registered office or business address
  2. Publication in the BODACC

In addition, reference to the proceedings is also made in the register in which the debtor is registered (RCS (Trade and Companies Register), Répertoire des métiers, etc.).

Lastly, information about the opening of proceedings may also be provided by any means of communication.
