Safeguard proceedings may only be initiated at the request of the legal representative of the legal entity or the debtor (natural person).
Receivership and liquidation proceedings may be initiated at the request of :
- the legal representative of the legal entity or the individual debtor,
- a creditor of the company,
- the public prosecutor.
